Job Summary

Develop and manage customer relationships using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Learn retail consumer and small business banking products, use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments and support periodic reviews, and cross-sell to grow households and year-over-year Financial Center revenue. Partner with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment business partners to refer customers and support holistic solutions while processing teller transactions and maintaining confidentiality.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Partner with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment business partners to refer customers and provide timely, holistic financial solutions.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Comfort developing sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank with strong verbal and written communication and a working knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
