Key Responsibilities

  • •Service inbound calls to help customers file disputes or check status of previously filed disputes.
  • •Accurately file dispute claims and comprehensively capture customer account and transaction information for case decisioning.
  • •Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and dispute filings using computer systems.
  • •Conduct initial risk assessment and ensure compliance with UCC and Regulation E/Z claims.
  • •De-escalate dissatisfied customers and escalate complaints, trends, or process concerns to appropriate leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in Disputes, Fraud, Banking, or a related field preferred.
  • •Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
