Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome and acknowledge Foundation Room members, Live Nation executives, and VIPs
  • •Prepare beverages and serve guests according to standard recipes and venue specifications
  • •Ensure responsible alcohol service, including ID checks for guests under 30 and refusing service to intoxicated guests
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, process guest checks and payments, maintain bar bank, and record equipment failures/safety hazards

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible alcohol awareness training certification (or equivalent) per state/county requirements

  • •Physical ability to pass a pour test and mixology drill (timed), and communicate/interact effectively with guests
