Job Summary

Support the delivery of data products across the Product Supply and Finance domains for global supply chain users. You’ll help gather and document business needs, maintain product backlog items under a Product Owner, support testing/UAT and release monitoring, and raise data quality issues. Partner with analysts, data engineers, and QA testers in Agile ceremonies while tracking KPIs, preparing status updates, and supporting adoption through dashboards and user enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in end-to-end delivery of data products, supporting requirements gathering, testing, release, and post-launch monitoring.
•Maintain and update the product backlog under the guidance of the Product Owner, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are current.
•Gather and document business needs and user feedback, translating them into clear use cases and supporting product concept/value assessments and prioritization.
•Document business rules, data definitions, workflows, and acceptance criteria; help prepare materials for user workshops, design sessions, and sprint reviews.
•Coordinate with analysts, data engineers, and QA testers for feature tracking and blockers; support UAT, issue triage, and KPI/dashboard reporting for adoption and success metrics.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in a data, product, business analysis, or supply chain role (fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience may be considered).
•Strong analytical and structured thinking skills to break down complex problems and communicate findings clearly.
•Interest in data and digital products, and curiosity about improving supply chain outcomes through technology.
•Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence (or equivalent).
•Working knowledge of data/analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; exposure to Azure, Databricks, or SQL is a plus.
