Key Responsibilities

  • •Own 1–3 active searches end-to-end and deliver your first hires into the team.
  • •Build candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and inbound applications.
  • •Conduct first-round screens and guide candidates through the process.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and scorecards.
  • •Develop and run a scalable referral program and build a talent brand strategy to attract top-tier candidates.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years recruiting experience (in-house or agency) with a track record of hiring top talent
  • •Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and other tools

  • •Bonus points for recruiting in compliance, financial services, or SaaS
  • •Previous experience building hiring processes from scratch
