Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end training and education strategy, including pre-engagement onboarding, admin fundamentals, hands-on labs, certification, and partner accreditation.
  • •Define and defend the program ROI model and report outcomes (onboarding readiness, skill validation, ticket reduction, adoption, and partner quality) to executive stakeholders.
  • •Lead curriculum design for self-service learning paths, instructor-led (VILT/ILT) training, and hands-on lab curricula; keep content current using adoption and support signals.
  • •Build role-based certification and partner certification pathways (learn, practice, validate, authorize, monitor) with defensible proctored exams.
  • •Hire and grow the Training and Education team; own the technology stack and vendor relationships across LMS, authoring, lab delivery, exam delivery, and digital badging.

Key Requirements
