Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects and spearhead R&D of new technologies.
  • •Define experiments and ensure appropriate data is collected for evaluation and technical decisions.
  • •Oversee and approve designs in team design reviews, including module/sub-module approvals and qualification results.
  • •Troubleshoot complex physics-related system issues in lab and field, and oversee research and analysis results.
  • •Mentor less experienced physicists/scientists and contribute to papers, demonstrations of new capabilities, and risk management discussions.
