Shape how On is perceived as an employer by translating culture and EVP into compelling content and digital experiences. Design, execute, and scale global employer-brand initiatives across LinkedIn, YouTube, the Careers page and more. Write and curate written, visual, and multimedia stories, partner with internal and external agencies, maintain a consistent employer digital footprint, and iterate using market trends, competitor landscapes, and candidate feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, execute, and scale On’s global employer branding initiatives across digital channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, and the Careers page.
•Write and curate engaging written and visual content highlighting workplace culture, team member stories, and technical innovations.
•Manage relationships with internal and external agencies for content production and execution.
•Maintain and optimize On’s global employer digital footprint, ensuring consistent branding with local relevance across offices.
•Analyze market trends, competitor employer branding landscapes, and candidate feedback to continuously iterate on talent attraction touchpoints and tools.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of experience in employer branding, communications, or recruitment marketing, translating culture into an authentic Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
•Proven ability to produce and curate highly engaging written, visual, and multimedia content.
•Experience scaling global and regional brand initiatives across digital channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and careers pages, driving organic reach and application conversion.
•Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, candidate feedback, and campaign metrics to improve talent attraction touchpoints and tools.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, DE&I, Sustainability, and Brand teams, while delivering on-brand campaigns on time.
