  • •Recommend, design, develop, and implement products and/or processes aligned to customer/market needs and business strategy.
  • •Represent the company’s technical voice with internal stakeholders and customers, staying current on relevant technology trends.
  • •Drive critical-to-quality specifications and lead/support stage-gate programs through planning, execution, and analysis of production trials.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required (Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science preferred).
  • •5-8+ years technical experience in manufacturing R&D or a Process role across multiple technical processes.
  • •Experience leading product and process development projects with demonstrated sustained results.
  • •Ability to synthesize information across inputs and apply it to business results.
  • •Proficiency applying tools within Project Management, Design of Experiment, Design for Lean Six Sigma, and Statistical Analysis.
