•Directly and through staff, manage and coordinate operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s).
•Ensure quality service and effective operations support for internal and external customers.
•Lead high-performance teams by setting goals, providing feedback, measuring progress, and building accountability.
•Oversee adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
•Participate in reviewing and improving operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in Quality Testing, Mortgage servicing, Customer Default, Bankruptcy, and Risk Management.
•Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and supported products/services in the assigned area(s).
•Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
•Good organizational, managerial, and project management skills with strong customer relations.
