Technical Program Manager

Own end-to-end execution of the Spacetime engineering program and customer deliverables, coordinating planning through mission phases. Serve as the primary customer program interface, aligning Product, Engineering, Design, and Solutions Engineering via operating rhythms. Translate evolving customer requirements into actionable engineering plans, manage time & materials contract reporting, and proactively coordinate schedule, scope, and dependency risks across dev, staging, and cloud production environments.
