Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead proactive workforce planning strategies to anticipate and mitigate demand volatility using forecasting and predictive analytics.
  • •Identify and activate short- and long-term levers (e.g., overtime, flexible staffing, real-time schedule adjustments, hiring strategies, capacity expansion, process redesign) to optimize utilization.
  • •Develop and improve forecasting models to detect demand fluctuations early and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • •Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on headcount planning, resource allocation, and scenario modeling.
  • •Mentor Workforce Specialists and manage cross-functional workforce systems/projects to standardize processes and analytics tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, information systems, computer science, engineering, or economics, or 5+ years of professional experience in workforce management or capacity planning.
  • •3+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, demand forecasting, or analytics.
  • •Master’s degree in an analytical field (preferred).
  • •2+ years of experience in demand forecasting and predictive analytics (preferred).
  • •3+ years of experience using advanced Excel and SQL (preferred).
