Manager Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across all organizational levels, ensuring efficient, compliant, and candidate-first hiring. Own talent acquisition strategy and execution, personally manage recruitment for mid- and senior-level roles, and lead/coaching the Talent Acquisition team. Partner with HR Services, HR Business Partners, and Organizational Development to align hiring with workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and onboarding. Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, recruitment workflows, employer branding, and HSE-aligned compliance and risk reviews.
