Collateral Specialist (Full Time) - Victoria Navarro

Ensure the protection of loan collateral by accurately and timely recording collateral documents, safeguarding original titles and paperwork, and releasing collateral upon payoff. Maintain and track consumer and commercial collateral documentation to support correct lien position, process key collateral-related requests and letters, reconcile loan receivables, and handle customer and internal inquiries. Follow all compliance policies while monitoring UCC alerts and resolving collateral exceptions.
