Job Summary

Own carrier partnerships across the middle-mile and linehaul network for Fulfillment by TikTok, serving as the primary escalation point for carrier performance. Manage carrier onboarding, performance against service/cost/operational KPIs, business reviews, and contract execution support. Partner with Operations, Planning, Analytics, Finance, Product, and Procurement to align capacity, launch new lanes, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvements that strengthen network reliability and operational excellence.

Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day relationships with transportation carriers, escalating and resolving carrier performance issues and conducting business reviews.
•Monitor carrier performance against service, compliance, capacity, and operational KPIs and drive corrective action plans.
•Lead operational onboarding for new carriers, including readiness validation, operating procedures, and implementation timelines.
•Partner with Planning and Operations to align carrier capacity with network requirements, support peak planning and new lane launches, and mitigate capacity risks.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product/Engineering, Finance, and Procurement to support operational enhancements and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in transportation, carrier management, logistics operations, or supply chain.
•Strong understanding of transportation networks and linehaul operations with carrier management experience.
•Experience managing external business partners and driving performance improvements with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
