Key Requirements

  • •Current or recent experience as a Director of Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel, resort, or integrated resort environment.
  • •Proven success leading large-scale, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations.
  • •Experience with destination dining concepts, Michelin-recognised venues, celebrity chef partnerships, or lifestyle hospitality brands.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen with ownership of budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • •Demonstrated experience opening, repositioning, or transforming restaurant concepts.
