Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the month-end closing process for lease contracts across the Avolta Group and ensure alignment with external reporting and CORE standards.
  • •Ensure compliance with external financial statement reporting requirements and enforce applicable external and internal accounting standards.
  • •Own lease accounting controls and global lease accounting data in tools, reconciled to financial records and disclosures.
  • •Test, develop, and maintain global lease accounting tools (Tagetik, Planon).
  • •Lead and develop the global lease accounting team and provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on lease accounting topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, plus an additional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA).
  • •8+ years of experience in corporate accounting and reporting with deep lease accounting knowledge (US GAAP, IFRS).
  • •Experience with internal controls (SOX).
  • •Experience with lease accounting tools; SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • •People management and training experience, with strong communication skills (proficient English).
