Monitor and analyze Frontline Productivity KPIs to uncover trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Partner with Data and Analytics teams to build and evolve dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. Turn business challenges into business cases and actionable recommendations for decision-making and prioritization, working closely with country teams. Prepare executive presentations, document business rules and best practices, and challenge ways of working to optimize sales processes and drive commercial performance.
