Key Responsibilities

•Design HVAC systems for building projects, ensuring heating and cooling needs are met and controls are properly integrated.
•Calculate heating and cooling loads and ventilation requirements for various spaces.
•Interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints; draft new plans for ductwork and piping systems.
•Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate heating and cooling designs with other disciplines.
•Adhere to applicable building codes and QA/OH&S systems; manage project scope and deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
•Knowledge in Camel program or other HVAC load estimating software.
•AutoCAD and Revit experience is a plus.
•Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) is a plus.
