Key Responsibilities

  • •Map innovations across Teamwork Collection to impacts on company-wide priorities and roadmaps.
  • •Drive strategic, data-driven decision-making through analysis, research, and insights to inform business decisions.
  • •Lead operational planning from long-range strategy to short- and medium-term plans, using OKRs/frameworks to measure outcomes.
  • •Own and drive business reviews to report progress against operational plans and health of key business drivers to executives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in a high-growth software/tech industry in BizOps and/or consulting or investment banking roles.
