Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to support growth within the national organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • •Ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.

  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs, including climbing ladders (up to 14 feet) and working in confined spaces like attics.
  • •Comfort bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
