Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and process sales files for various income streams to ensure compliance with deal terms and act on non-compliant reporting.
  • •Review financial postings, accruals, and General Ledger and Accounts Receivable reconciliations for accurate, timely reporting.
  • •Oversee cash application, including supervision of allocation of cash payments received against corresponding agreements.
  • •Invoicing of deal partners per sales reporting or contractual terms and review of manual journal entries as needed.
  • •Set up and maintain customers/deals in internal SME systems and coordinate with deal partners, Business & Legal Affairs, and administrators.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; Accounting preferred.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of work experience; music industry or other entertainment field preferred.
  • •Detail oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • •Strong communication skills and ability to analyze information from corporate systems; CPA (or pursuing) preferred.
