Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and financial supervision of Group projects, supporting phases from conception to completion.
  • •Lead technical reviews in areas such as HVAC, smoke control, BMS, power circuits and fluid systems to ensure environmental performance and cost control.
  • •Oversee offers and contract awards, ensuring alignment with internal client requirements (environmental performance, quality, cost, schedule) and proper contract coverage.
  • •Support project operations with site-level recommendations to improve performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • •Monitor the real estate portfolio’s technical performance, perform energy assessments, and drive improvements in building performance.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field
  • •Approximately 8-10 years of construction experience, ideally in project management or MOE (maîtrise d’œuvre)
  • •Strong environmental/sustainability focus and experience with multiple product types (industrial, office, logistics, retail)
  • •Proficient in English; ability to manage multiple dossiers and work in a project-based, cross-functional environment
  • •Technical versatility, methodological rigor, organization, and strong stakeholder management abilities
