  • •Stand up internal tools, templates, and workflows that scale
  • •Capture data across sales, product, and ops to build clean dashboards
  • •Drive pricing, logistics, vendor management, and ops quality initiatives
  • •Define and test early sales motions and run cross-functional projects with fast turnaround

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Type A, process minded and able to turn messy problems into crisp plans
  • •Experience automating workflows and organizing data clearly
  • •Ability to own end-to-end workstreams and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • •Strong preference for automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets
  • •Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and basic dashboard tools (JSON data familiarity)
