Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across Circle France’s operations, ensuring MiCA, DORA, and enterprise security standards are met
  • •Serve as primary liaison with regulators and auditors for Circle France, coordinating examinations and remediation of findings
  • •Lead security roadmaps and risk assessments, integrating governance into engineering, product, and international expansion
  • •Provide executive-level updates on risk posture, threats, and remediation progress to stakeholders
  • •Mentor regional security, risk, and compliance professionals and partner with security leadership to deliver roadmap outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk management, IT governance, or related disciplines within financial services, fintech, or technology environments
  • •Deep expertise in MiCA, DORA, and EU/global cybersecurity and technology regulations
  • •Proven experience leading and influencing diverse, international teams with strong coaching and people leadership skills
  • •Fluency in English; proficiency in French required
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM) preferred
