Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the national strategy and vision for Electrical Engineering across the Industrial CoE
•Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing business investment, innovation, and growth priorities
•Drive market expansion and revenue growth across industrial sectors (Manufacturing, Advanced Facilities, Energy, etc.)
•Establish WSP as a recognized industry leader in industrial electrical systems and infrastructure
•Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, including Fortune 500 and global industrial clients

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
•15+ years of experience in industrial electrical engineering and leadership roles
•Proven experience in executive leadership, business growth, and large-scale operations
•Strong track record managing P&L, strategic growth, and complex project portfolios
•Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
