Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the architectural design development process and coordinate consultants and stakeholders to deliver coordinated, high-quality design solutions.
  • •Manage architectural design consultants throughout all stages of project development.
  • •Review and coordinate concept, schematic, detailed design, and tender documentation against project brief and requirements.
  • •Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, and infrastructure) and participate in workshops, stakeholder reviews, and technical meetings.
  • •Monitor design programmes and deliverables, identify design risks, support mitigation, assist value engineering/optimization, and support approvals with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture.
  • •15+ years of experience in design management, architecture, or project delivery.
  • •Experience on major residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, or retail developments.
  • •Strong understanding of design coordination and consultant management.
  • •Previous experience within a developer, PMC, or multidisciplinary consultancy environment is preferred.
