Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate, plan, and execute projects while tracking dependencies, predicting outcomes, and mitigating risks.
  • •Own end-to-end project responsibility, including project planning, solution blueprinting, and solution implementation.
  • •Manage stakeholders, resources, and budgets, and provide timely real-time project communication and reporting.
  • •Lead engagement oversight and advise existing engagements by guiding planning across people, process, technology, and data recommendations.
  • •Manage change processes by documenting decisions, facilitating issue resolution, and developing contingency plans to address foreseen risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent industry experience with 12+ years overall and 8+ years in project management.
  • •Project management certification (preferably PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or PRINCE2).
  • •Strong experience tracking and reporting projects in tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Trello.
  • •Proven delivery experience implementing cloud SaaS platforms (preferably D365 ERP; SAP and Salesforce as alternates).
  • •Experience with project scope, change, risk, and quality management; ability to execute Agile projects.
