Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Ripple’s Director of Social Impact to help keep Ripple a global leader in corporate social impact.
  • •Administer the CSR software, managing global employee matching donations and building fundraising and volunteer pages.
  • •Drive global employee participation through internal education and communication strategies.
  • •Partner with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to curate volunteering opportunities and manage nonprofit and academic partnerships.
  • •Plan and execute in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities, and track/analyze participation and impact metrics while traveling to office locations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee engagement in a fast-scaling global company.
  • •Direct experience managing CSR platforms (ideally Deed or similar tools like Benevity) and strong understanding of donation matching workflows and vetting processes.
  • •Experience managing collaborative programs with the ability to identify, capture, and synthesize data.
  • •Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams such as HR, Communications, and Workplace to drive adoption and cultural alignment.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills with a bias for action mindset.
