Job Summary

Lead the Ripple Impact team’s employee giving and volunteering programs across global offices. Serve as administrator for CSR software to manage donation matching and build fundraising and volunteer pages. Drive participation through internal education and communications, partner with workplace teams and ERGs to curate opportunities, and help manage nonprofit and academic relationships. Plan and execute in-person and virtual volunteer events, while tracking participation and impact metrics and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with Ripple’s Director of Social Impact to help keep Ripple a global leader in corporate social impact.
•Administer the CSR software, managing global employee matching donations and building fundraising and volunteer pages.
•Drive global employee participation through internal education and communication strategies.
•Partner with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to curate volunteering opportunities and manage nonprofit and academic partnerships.
•Plan and execute in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities, and track/analyze participation and impact metrics while traveling to office locations as needed.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 116,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee engagement in a fast-scaling global company.
•Direct experience managing CSR platforms (ideally Deed or similar tools like Benevity) and strong understanding of donation matching workflows and vetting processes.
•Experience managing collaborative programs with the ability to identify, capture, and synthesize data.
•Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams such as HR, Communications, and Workplace to drive adoption and cultural alignment.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills with a bias for action mindset.
