Night Shift Test Operations Manager

Supervise and lead a night-shift team of production employees, directing work, setting priorities, and providing technical and managerial leadership. Manage build/test priorities based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials needs, while coordinating daily crossovers and addressing operational issues impacting customer satisfaction. Drive cycle-time performance through metrics and milestone meetings, ensure EHS training and compliance, and implement process improvements including Lean, safety, and quality initiatives.
