Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full lifecycle of an assigned suite of banking products within the Bank’s commercial product portfolio.
  • •Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap with business partners, delivering profitable products aligned to business objectives.
  • •Lead product lifecycle work across business case, requirements gathering, product design, implementation, maintenance, research, and pricing.
  • •Monitor and improve product health and effectiveness by addressing obstacles to development, adoption, performance, competitive dynamics, and service delivery complications.
  • •Lead and develop a team of Product Analysts, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and training.
