  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, and 8 years of experience as a Construction Manager (or a Master’s degree with 4 years).
  • •Construction project management experience.
  • •Experience with working from design specifications and drawings, including constructability reviews and as-built record drawings.
  • •Experience administering construction contracts, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, NCR processes, claims management, and project closeout.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document control, including development of weekly and monthly reports and review of pay applications.
