Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and perform pre- and post-coating operations on production, overhaul, or developmental parts and assist with maintaining coating equipment.
  • •Set up, adjust, and operate manual and numerically controlled auxiliary equipment to support coating operations.
  • •Assist with new part process tryouts, run test pieces, and re-operate rejected parts following repair instructions.
  • •Check work visually and with gauges; assist with setup, operation, changeovers, and maintenance of complex coating equipment.
  • •Perform masking/demasking, assemble/remove parts into holding fixtures, clean coating chambers during changeovers, and perform routine servicing in the assigned area.
