Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the school system engagement lifecycle—from strategy, prospecting, and onboarding through ongoing adoption and impact measurement.
  • •Build relationships with Vietnamese education stakeholders, including school system administrators, IT teams, and curriculum leaders, to enable seamless Canva integration.
  • •Serve as an ambassador for Canva Education, guiding teachers and educators to use the platform effectively.
  • •Provide strategic support to school leaders to leverage Canva for curriculum design, student collaboration, and professional development.
  • •Analyze adoption metrics and usage trends to identify engagement strategies and optimize customer experience.
  • •Champion Canva’s brand at education events, conferences, and workshops, advocating for creative learning with digital tools.
  • •Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance Canva’s K-12 education offerings.
