Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a welcoming patient experience and conduct outbound calls to schedule hearing tests, consultations, and other appointments.
  • •Educate patients on hearing care products, services, accessories, and available solutions to support clinic goals.
  • •Build relationships with patients, retention/referrals, and repeat business through follow-up and appointment scheduling.
  • •Conduct community outreach (about two days per week) and represent the clinic at events to build awareness and relationships with local partners.
  • •Support clinic operations by managing the daily schedule, performing insurance verification/authorization, providing first-level patient support, and processing orders/payments.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Associate's degree preferred.

  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; EMR/EHR experience is a plus.
