Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Databricks, Spark SQL, and Airflow
  • •Implement automated data quality checks, monitoring, alerting, and root-cause fixes for pipeline failures
  • •Write performant, maintainable SQL for large-scale transformations and collaborate with central Data Engineering on schema design
  • •Build and maintain executive-level BI dashboards (Tableau, Databricks) and conduct deep-dive analyses
  • •Own business reporting (WBRs, QBRs, forecasting) and mentor junior analysts and engineers

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years’ experience in BI Analytics, Data Engineering, or Analytics Engineering, ideally in a fast-paced B2C/subscription/growth business
  • •Advanced SQL proficiency and experience building/troubleshooting ETL/ELT pipelines at scale
  • •Hands-on experience with a modern data stack, including dbt, Databricks, Spark SQL, Airflow, or similar tools
  • •Strong data modeling skills, including dimensional modeling and star schemas
  • •Proven ability to build and maintain BI dashboards that reach senior leadership
