•Identify customer needs and assist with transactions/services accurately and professionally through appropriate channels (including digital banking and call center).
•Support branches with efficient, high-quality customer service and customer experience.
•Perform KYC and comply with relevant laws and regulations to reduce operational risks; report/escalate risks and issues as needed.
•Identify sales opportunities based on customer needs and refer customers to sales personnel for portfolio/product review and service.
•Assist the bank in achieving sales targets and wealth management strategies.

•Bachelor’s degree or above (recognized by the state).
•Strong sense of responsibility for work and excellent learning ability.
•Strong communication, client focus, and influencing skills.
•Organizational and coordination skills, with strong self-motivation.
