Job Summary

Own end-to-end ML systems to build and productionize agentic GenAI capabilities, including MCP servers, for Red Hat’s Data & AI platform. Lead NLP/GenAI research and implementation, design and evolve ML/NLP pipelines, evaluate and tune model performance, and translate prototypes into robust, scalable production code. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and troubleshoot incidents to ensure reliable model performance in production.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead research and implementation for NLP/GenAI, driving development of next-generation AI/ML applications and agentic solutions.
•Design, build, and evolve ML/NLP pipelines across ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
•Productionize research prototypes into robust, scalable, maintainable production code.
•Evaluate and tune models using advanced metrics and set up continuous validation and regression checks.
•Design, build, and operate MCP servers and Agents; instrument systems with monitoring, logging, alerting, and healing/scaling, and troubleshoot production incidents.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Math, Computational Linguistics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of professional experience in NLP with strong Python skills and experience with Spacy and Hugging Face.
•Proven ability to design and deliver NLP applications across the data science lifecycle.
•Deep understanding of ML frameworks for GenAI development, including TensorFlow, TensorFlow Serving, Keras, and PyTorch, plus experience with LLMs, embedding models, and vector databases.
•Experience building scalable backend microservices in AWS and working with GenAI tooling such as LangGraph/LangChain/Autogen.
