Operations Planner & Configuration Manager

Coordinate base-related activities during a USAF infrastructure modernization effort by implementing and maintaining configuration management processes, tools, and supporting infrastructure. Support creation of the Configuration Management Plan (CMP), develop and maintain the configuration management database (CMDB), and manage approval workflows with government counterparts before implementing changes. Use DoD planning and configuration management tools, applying ITIL/ITSM processes and strong communication to align executing teams and operational stakeholders.
