Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 15-week rotational Energy Engineer Graduate Training Program, including in-person and virtual learning sessions and assignments.
  • •After training, assume Energy Engineer responsibilities in a predetermined office location and become a trusted advisor to clients.
  • •Analyze and assess the economic impacts of utility company rate structures and supply-side options across customer environments.
  • •Qualify clients and opportunities and develop preliminary and detailed audit scope analysis.
  • •Conduct building walk-throughs to identify energy conservation measures and provide routine consultations on energy use, building operations, training needs, indoor environmental quality, and asset management.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferred: Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical, and must be graduated prior to the start date.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months and be able to provide proof of insurance.
  • •Have no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit & run, reckless/careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
