Job Summary

Supervise and direct daily electrical installation activities at the project site, ensuring LV/MV electrical works are executed safely and efficiently. Coordinate electrical technicians, monitor manpower and progress against schedules, inspect quality compliance, and coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes. Manage materials/tools availability, support testing and commissioning, lead toolbox talks and HSE compliance, and report daily progress, issues, and corrective actions to the Electrical Site Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation activities on site, including LV/MV systems.
•Allocate tasks and manage electrical technicians, skilled workers, and laborers to ensure productivity and efficient execution.
•Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and instructions; verify installations meet quality standards.
•Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other site disciplines to avoid clashes and maintain smooth workflow.
•Support testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities; conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with electrical safety and HSE procedures.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Electrical Diploma from a recognized Technical/Industrial Institute (or equivalent).
•6+ years of electrical site execution experience, including building services/MEP in commercial, residential, or hospitality construction projects.
•Experience supervising electrical teams within construction projects.
•Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, shop drawings, and installation details.
•Knowledge of electrical safety standards and site HSE procedures; strong communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
