Job Summary

Join the GFSS Global Revenue Operations team to review and analyze client contracts, ensuring completeness and policy compliance with proper documentation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client incentive funds and coordinate with Legal for contract visibility. Validate project details in the system, act as a contracts SME, and support timely revenue recognition with controls. Execute reporting and ad-hoc analyses from the Bangalore office (minimum 3 days on-site).

Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance with proper documentation.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders on client incentive funds and with the Legal team for contract execution visibility.
•Validate project details and documentation in the system prior to submission.
•Support revenue recognition by ensuring it is done timely in the financial system and govern controls around related accounting policies.
•Provide reporting and data sharing to team leadership and assist with ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree and an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, CA/ICWA).
•4+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree and more than 3 years of Advanced-degree experience (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
•Be a qualified CA, CMA, or CPA equivalent, or have a master’s degree in accounting/finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., Power Query) and Microsoft 365 apps (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) are a plus.
