Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project controls execution by establishing control plans, procedures, and workflows aligned with standards, overseeing internal teams and external contractors.
  • •Develop and implement frameworks for work breakdown, cost control, scheduling, and progress measurement to support forecasting and reporting.
  • •Coordinate cost estimating, establish control account budgets, and facilitate internal reviews and stakeholder approvals with risk assessment.
  • •Provide strategic analysis and recommendations through monthly reporting, identifying early warnings of variances and mitigation options.
  • •Manage the project control team and mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • •15+ years’ experience in project controlling (cost control and/or scheduling) in semi-conductor industrial projects.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes, including module fabrication.
  • •Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • •Proficiency in English and Chinese for projects with diverse teams.
