Project Control Manager

Manage and execute project control functions for major capital investments, partnering with the Project Manager to oversee cost engineering, planning/scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting. Lead development of work breakdown, cost control, scheduling, and progress measurement frameworks to enable forecasting and early variance detection. Coordinate cost estimating and control account budgets with risk assessment, provide monthly strategic reporting, and lead/mentor a project controls team.
