Key Responsibilities

•Own the product strategy and roadmap for SME Business Complete, defining the end-to-end value proposition that drives product completeness, cross-sell, and customer stickiness across issuing and acceptance.
•Lead product development and go-to-market alignment with GTM and regional teams to translate market signals into scalable product features and packaging.
•Drive "Right-to-Win" validation by building business cases, piloting in priority markets, and establishing KPIs to measure product-market fit before scaling.
•Serve as the strategic bridge between Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams — presenting product roadmaps and performance to C-level stakeholders.
•Collaborate with regional GTM teams to ensure alignment and successful deployment of product features across multiple markets.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in product management/strategy, ideally in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
•Proven experience building 0→1 products and scaling post-validation across multiple markets.
•Strong executive storytelling and stakeholder management — comfortable presenting to SVP/EVP audiences.
•Deep familiarity with SME/commercial card ecosystems, issuer economics, and interchange dynamics.
•MBA or advanced degree in business, strategy, or related field.
