Brokerage Client Service Associate

Provide day-to-day servicing and operational support for Financial Advisors and their clients, stepping in when advisors are unavailable. Assist with client onboarding and appointments, prepare agendas and correspondence, process orders and corporate actions, and support appointment scheduling and advisor calendars. Help identify sales opportunities by contacting leads and ensure accurate paperwork submission while mitigating risk through required client call authentication.
