Key Responsibilities

•Turn complex, ambiguous problems into robust software customers can rely on.
•Own work across the full lifecycle: technical solutions, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
•Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering groups to deliver with high quality and clarity.
•Contribute to strengthening cloud infrastructure reliability and scalability and improving developer efficiency.
•Participate in an on-call roster to help keep products running around the clock.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages and confidence debugging across a technology stack.
•Practical use of AI tools to boost productivity and streamline how you work.
•Specialism in a particular area of the development stack, paired with genuine curiosity to keep learning.
•Regular use of test-driven development and trunk-based development practices.
•Ability to spot application and infrastructure security risks before they become problems, and comfort with participating in an on-call roster.
