Key Responsibilities

•Monitor Windows Server systems and investigate hardware, software, and performance issues; act as the primary point of contact for Windows operational matters.
•Coordinate daily mission operations and anomaly review activities; maintain configuration baselines, inventories, and configuration management documentation.
•Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades with minimal operational impact; install, configure, and optimize operating systems and software.
•Define and verify backup and recovery procedures; ensure configurations can be restored after failures; liaise with external service providers.
•Develop automation using PowerShell scripts and operational procedures; troubleshoot complex anomalies/outages and provide standby/on-call support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

•Experience administering and securing Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
•Proficiency in PowerShell scripting/automation and knowledge of backup and disaster recovery (incl. security hardening and PAM).
