Lead a player-coach team of outbound BDRs across North America and EMEA, owning execution and coaching to improve conversion across the funnel. Co-own inbound AI SDR engine performance by optimizing prompts, routing logic, qualification criteria, and human/AI lead handoff.

•Manage, coach, and develop outbound BDRs across North America and EMEA time zones.
•Run 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline coaching to improve conversion at each funnel stage.
•Own outbound contribution to SQO targets and report on pipeline health, conversion, and forecast accuracy.
•Partner with Growth Marketing and RevOps to optimize inbound AI SDR engine performance (prompts, routing, qualification criteria, handoff).
•Drive improvements to messaging, sequencing, and personalization; diagnose and fix outbound funnel bottlenecks (deliverability to meeting-to-SQO conversion).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,800 - 156,000 annually

•Hands-on fluency with sales engagement, sales intelligence, AI SDR, and dialer tooling (e.g., Salesloft/Outreach, Apollo/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Qualified, Orum/Nooks).
