Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, including onboarding and trial experience, adoption and activation, churn analysis, engagement analytics, and email nurturing.
  • •Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish realistic delivery timelines.
  • •Collaborate with downstream solution teams to understand and improve onboarding flows and trial experiences.
  • •Drive technical decision-making for onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention of self-service customers.
  • •Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback on trial experience and collaborate with Sales & Marketing on positioning; drive native integrations with third-party developer platforms.
