Director, Development - Residential

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of master-planned residential community projects across the DBU portfolio, from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, and handover. Own infrastructure coordination, utilities planning, phasing strategies, and early opportunity evaluation with Strategy, Finance, and COE teams. Manage consultants and contractors, align design teams and internal functions, and oversee project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans while ensuring quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
